This recipe is so easy to prepare and cook, yet tastes fantastic. The kebabs are great for a snack, a light lunch, served cold on a picnic or straight from the oven with pitta bread and salad. Try them for yourself.
2-3 chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 large onion
1 bottle of Peri Peri dipping sauce
Cut all your ingredients into about 1 inch squares. Put them onto skewers (if using wooden skewers please soak them in water for about 30mins before using) alternating the ingredients and brush the kebabs with the peri peri dipping sauce.
These can now be pan fried or placed under a hot preheated grill to cook until the chicken has cooked thoroughly. Turn often to ensure all sides of the kebabs cook evenly.
Serve immediately with naan bread and salad or on a bed of basmati rice.
